ASBA Training

ASBA’s comprehensive services include quality professional development to equip school board members with the knowledge and skills they need to fulfill their role effectively as academic, personnel, finance and facilities policymakers, as well as to meet state requirements.

The Handbook for Arkansas School Board Members published by ASBA covers a variety of subjects and serves as a handy reference guide. It is provided free to the public and is accessible by clicking here.

We offer a variety of board member development activities, including statewide conferences, regional seminars, small group instruction and online training. Onsite workshops tailored to the needs of a particular district also are available.
