- High school seniors who will enter two-year or four-year institutions of higher education
- Sons/daughters/legal wards of publicly elected Arkansas school board members
- Submit the application and required documents HERE
Marshall Hughes Scholarship, named in honor of former Beardsley Public Finance employee, Marshall Hughes
- $5,000
- Sons/daughters/legal wards of publicly elected Arkansas school board members
- Selected from Freshman Scholarship applicants—no additional application required
J.K. Williams Memorial Scholarship, named in honor of former ASBA Executive Director J.K. Williams
- $2,500
- Board member or spouse, sons/daughters/grandchildren/legal wards of ASBA-affiliated Arkansas school board members
- Junior in college or higher
- Pursuing a degree in the field of education
