Congratulations to the 2024 recipients of the ASBA Educational Foundation scholarships! Five freshmen scholarships are awarded annually, one from each of the state’s four congressional districts, and the Marshall Hughes Scholarship, named in honor of former Beardsley Public Finance employee Marshall R. Hughes, is awarded to the overall statewide winner. Additionally, the J.K. Williams Memorial Scholarship is awarded to an education major in honor of J.K. Williams, a longtime educator and former Executive Director of ASBA. A committee assigned by the ASBA Board of Directors reviews scholarship applications and determines awardees.
