Mastering Administrative Directives: Hands-On Workshop for School Leaders

ASBA invites you to register and join Cody Kees of Bequette, Billingsley & Kees, PA for an updated version of "Administrative Directives and Hard Conversations: Education Employment Laws in Arkansas."  

Workshop Overview: 

Cody will utilize a hands-on approach with real-life scenarios tailored for both licensed and unlicensed supervisors and school leaders. This workshop will address new Arkansas education employment laws, including the repeal of the Teacher Fair Dismissal Act.  

Why Attend? 

Recent changes to the law, including the repeal of the Teacher Fair Dismissal Act, have left many unsure of their implications. This course aims to:  

  • Inform leaders about the new legal landscape.  

  • Empower supervisors to tackle workplace issues effectively.  

  • Clarify the significance of thorough documentation amidst evolving due process requirements.

  • Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

  • Location: ASBA Office, 523 South Ringo Street, Little Rock

  • Training Credit: Five (5) Hours
