New online courses from the 2025 Fall Leadership Institute are now available in AR Board Ed!
This training equips board members and district administrators with practical tools to turn vision into action. Through sessions on vision-driven leadership, making data understandable, building effective strategic plans, and strengthening board policy work, participants gain insights from state leaders and peers that connect directly to real-world decision-making.
By completing the Fall Leadership Institute online courses, board members can earn up to 6 state-approved hours toward their annual training requirement.
New Courses:
Fall Leadership Institute (Full Day) – 6 Hours – $200
Vision in Action Panel – 1.5 Hours – $75
Making Data Make Sense (Hope Worsham) – 1.5 Hours – $75
Planning with Purpose: Strategic Plans that Drive Results (Dr. Megan Duncan) – 1.5 Hours – $75
Board Policy: What, When, and Why (Lucas Harder) – 1.5 Hours – $75

Please note: If you attended the Fall Leadership Institute on September 4 (in person or virtually), you are not eligible to retake the course online for additional credit. Likewise, if you complete the full 6-hour online course, you cannot earn extra hours by taking the individual one-hour sessions separately.

Courses and Credits: Please note, you can earn credit for each course only once. If you complete the full-day training, you cannot receive additional credit for the same sessions taken separately. Check back often as we will continue to add to our course offerings!
