ASBA is happy to partner with Missy McJunkins Duke, attorney with Rose Law Firm, for an intensive one-day virtual training on Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and other relevant leave laws and their impact on school districts, administrators, and other central office staff who handle these issues daily.
While board members may choose to register and attend, this virtual training is geared toward central office employees who are responsible for administering employee leave.
