Registration is now open for the 2026 Southern Region Leadership Conference, taking place July 19–21 at the Hot Springs Convention Center in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas.
This year’s theme, Meeting the Moment: Strategic Leadership for Today’s Schools, brings together school board members, superintendents, and education leaders from Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi for a dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences.
Designed with today’s challenges in mind, this high-impact, tri-state event offers engaging sessions, relevant topics, and meaningful opportunities to collaborate with peers who understand the work you do. You will leave with practical strategies and fresh perspective to lead with clarity and purpose.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Rex Nelson
“From State of Disaster to State of Excellence”
Rex Nelson will guide attendees through the history of our region, connecting past events to present-day realities and future opportunities. His message will highlight the critical role of education and the influence of school board leadership in shaping strong communities—challenging participants to lead their districts toward excellence.

Sign In or Sign Up - If you registered for Arkansas SRLC in 2023, and your email has not changed, you can sign in with the same account (Click Forgot password if needed).
If creating a new account:
Select Account type - Company
Enter Attendee Information - Name, Company (School District Name) - If not found, click “No Match” and enter district name and billing address. Enter attendee position, mailing address, and phone.
Click Create Account.
You will receive an email with a temporary password. Click the link in the email to sign in (You will be asked to update your password).
Once signed in -
Navigate to Registrations / Publications, then Events.
Select your preferred option that is labeled for your state (Conference, Early Bird Session, or Guest Meal Ticket).
Choose payment method and download invoice if needed.
You will receive a confirmation email that includes event details, hotel booking link, and a copy of your invoice.

Full Conference (Monday & Tuesday): $545 per person
Guest Meal Ticket: $199 per person
On-site Registration: $565 per person
