Workshop Overview:
Cody will use a hands-on, practical approach featuring real-life scenarios tailored to both licensed and unlicensed supervisors and school leaders, including board members. The workshop will cover recent developments in federal discrimination laws and key Arkansas education employment laws, including updates under the LEARNS Act. Participants will gain actionable guidance to help navigate personnel decisions, reduce risk, and stay compliant in a changing legal landscape.
